- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure, cloud-based database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Data Verification: Review incoming documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing data, and correct issues before processing.
- File Management: Organize digital and physical files, ensuring a logical system for easy retrieval and archiving.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine spot-checks on completed data entries to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly reports on data entry volume and error rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high data quality standards.
