- Provide high-quality customer service via chat, email, and phone to clients in the Louisville area and beyond.
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot software or service-related inquiries.

- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate issues and suggest product improvements.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics for response time and satisfaction scores.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training junior staff when needed.
Qualifications
