Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Create clear, visual data reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues through rigorous auditing and cleaning processes.
- Document data processes and provide training to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for database querying and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Reliability: Must have a dedicated home office environment and high-speed internet connection.
