Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, typos, and discrepancies before final submission.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Transcribe information from various sources, including scanned documents and audio files, into text formats.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and summaries based on collected data.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
