Responsibilities

- Verify and correct errors in existing records to ensure 99.9% data integrity.
- Transcribe information from physical documents, emails, and PDFs into digital formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on all entered data to prevent duplication or errors.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and file digital documents in a structured, retrievable manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or office administration.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
