- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive company data.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline data management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
