Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent in the tech sector.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for high search engine visibility (SEO).
- Manage and screen inbound applications and resumes efficiently.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms to source passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct virtual interviews and manage the interview scheduling process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to recruitment content.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
