Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of complex web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver pixel-perfect features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
