Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define product features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime across all environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
