Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on our products and services to ensure adoption.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex product issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to at-risk accounts to retain business and ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or account management.
- Must reside in the Cleveland, OH area (or willing to commute to our local hub if needed for training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
