Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve on-page and off-page issues.
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic for our clients.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize content accordingly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all web pages are optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Manage link-building campaigns and monitor domain authority metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Must be located in or willing to work from the Charlotte, NC area (for occasional in-office collaboration if required).
