Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for key accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
