Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client success plans for 50+ enterprise accounts
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to reduce churn
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on client needs
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Maintain detailed client documentation in Salesforce
- Act as primary point of contact for high-priority accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts ($100k+ ARR)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in G Suite and collaboration tools
