Responsibilities

- Identify trends and propose solutions for common customer challenges
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution times)
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
