Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and remote access software
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns during peak seasons
- Contribute to process improvements for faster resolution times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in tech/software industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
- Available to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
