Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (30+ cases/day)
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
- Support after-hours rotational schedule (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid setting
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US work authorization and Louisiana residency
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
