- Troubleshoot technical issues for software/hardware products
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify process improvements for customer experience
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
- Support weekend/holiday rotation as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Jira/Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
