Position Highlights:
This full-time remote role requires 40 hours/week with core hours of 9 AM - 5 PM EST. You'll provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting technical issues. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues using remote desktop tools
- Document interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (95%+)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service/tech support experience
- Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office Suite
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
