Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize data-driven strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to support business decision-making
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong Python/R programming for data manipulation and modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
