- Accurately input, update, and verify data across CRM, ERP, and custom databases
- Perform daily audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies with 99%+ accuracy
- Generate weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards for leadership review
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
- Optimize data workflows using automation tools like Zapier
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with remote work history
- Proven typing speed of 70+ WPM with 0.5% error rate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or comparable enterprise systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
