Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve complex system problems with minimal disruption to client operations
- Manage and document all support tickets using Zendesk and Jira platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Maintain detailed documentation of solutions and technical procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise clients

- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
