Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation for Tampa clients
- Provide tier-3 technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document incident reports and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Conduct virtual training sessions for end-users
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and endpoint security
- Proficient with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals
- Excellent written communication for virtual documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional local onsite visits required)
