Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead agile development cycles with cross-functional teams via virtual stand-ups
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical bottlenecks
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual pair programming sessions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)

- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
