- Document cases accurately in our CRM system while maintaining SLA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical challenges
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, security protocols, and cloud services
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
