Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using provided company equipment
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Conduct remote system installations and configurations for new hires
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical expertise
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
