- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general business domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and AI-assisted editing tools
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Perform quality checks and resolve unclear audio segments through research

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (AAMT/ALTA certification preferred)
