Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 premium support via phone, email, and chat for Washington D.C. clients during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions with precision
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex technical escalations
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed SLAs for response time (15 min) and resolution (2 hours)
- Participate in weekend team huddles for performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM ET)
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Fluency in English with clear communication abilities
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients
