Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of security and network equipment at client sites.
- Travel to various locations within the Las Vegas area to service customer needs.
- Provide exceptional on-site customer service and technical support.
- Document all service visits and ensure accurate reporting of system status.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies during onsite visits.
- Collaborate with the central office to troubleshoot complex issues remotely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience with low-voltage systems, security cameras, or network infrastructure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
