Responsibilities
- Provide remote/on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Implement security protocols and system updates during off-peak hours
- Troubleshoot complex network, server, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Train users on best practices for system utilization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with night shift background preferred
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical training
- Expertise in Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
