Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations across digital platforms to enforce community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, disputes, and inappropriate content with professionalism
- Document and escalate critical issues to senior moderators or compliance teams
- Analyze chat patterns to identify trends and suggest improvements for user safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop moderation strategies and policies
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, moderation, or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
