Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training programs to refine service techniques
- Urgently respond to escalations during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends as needed
