- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the remote team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a resident of the United States.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or remote work is a plus.
