- Review and verify data integrity using quality control protocols
- Process daily transactions and documentation within SLAs
- Generate weekly/monthly reports using Excel and data visualization tools
- Communicate discrepancies to team leads for resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of data privacy principles
