Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data across multiple digital platforms with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions, forms, and documentation while meeting daily productivity targets
- Perform data validation, cross-referencing, and quality assurance checks to ensure information integrity
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage and organize datasets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and implement data correction protocols
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and HIPAA/GDPR compliance guidelines
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with proven accuracy (test required)
