Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure databases.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Review and correct errors in existing records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents in an orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data discrepancies.
- Perform routine data cleaning and verification tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
