Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Transcribe information from physical documents into digital formats.
- Perform routine data cleansing and file organization tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (45+ WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
