Responsibilities
- Enter and update data: Accurately input customer information, product details, and financial records into our secure databases and CRM systems.
- Maintain data integrity: Regularly review entered data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
- File management: Organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving of documents.
- Verification: Cross-reference data from various sources to ensure consistency and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Report generation: Assist in compiling weekly reports based on entered data to track performance and inventory.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or prior experience in data entry is a plus.
- Proven typing speed. Must be able to type at least 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
- Remote work experience. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Attention to detail. Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing concentration or accuracy.
