Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot specialized hardware/software remotely
- Perform diagnostic testing on network equipment and peripherals

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience with remote equipment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for occasional local equipment pickup)
