Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Continuously expand technical knowledge through training programs
- Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution time
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow) required
- High-speed internet connection at home
