Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and customer service support during night hours.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all client information and records.
- Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with internal and external stakeholders.
- troubleshoot basic technical issues for end-users.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
