Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via chat and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure client satisfaction and minimal downtime.
- Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle escalations professionally and de-escalate difficult situations efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous customer support or technical help desk experience is a plus but not required.
