Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and system health during off-peak hours.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via chat, email, and phone.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate critical tickets.
- Test new software updates and patches in a controlled environment.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, Android).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
