Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and perform rigorous unit testing.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to design system architecture and improve data flow.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in production environments and proactively identify areas for technical improvement.
- Remote Collaboration: Communicate effectively with remote stakeholders and participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fully remote setting.
- Location: Must reside in the state of Florida, USA.
