Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Remote Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) through agile methodologies and remote communication tools.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and system longevity.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security and ensure all code adheres to industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and remote collaboration tools.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fully remote environment.
