Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant, efficient code.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Debug complex issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Optimize application responsiveness and user experience for our diverse client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-disciplined with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
