Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Remote Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews with distributed teams using tools like Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and design mockups into pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
- SEO & Compliance: Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development projects and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in web development (Frontend or Full Stack).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-Directed: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- Reliability: Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
