Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data entries to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Perform routine checks on assigned files and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Operate standard office equipment provided by the company.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35-45 WPM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a stable computer.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
