Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to optimize data workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize product performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
