Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and draft professional responses on behalf of executives.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones, managing deadlines, and coordinating between departments.
- Research & Data Entry: Conduct market research, compile reports, and maintain accurate databases.
- Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, manage expense reports, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a remote setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
