Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (chat, email, phone)

- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekend support teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed quality metrics and customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to weekend team performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote/virtual environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM EST)
- Experience with bilingual (English/Spanish) support is highly desirable
